Offers modern plant-based menus by Alexis Gauthier, who also runs Gauthier Soho  and Studio Gauthier, but the menu here is not the same as the other locations, serving sushi, nigiri, crispy rice and signature sushi. There is also a selection of salads, bowls and elegant desserts.
